Abstract
An immobilized Cu2+chelated affinity membrane was prepared by using Nylon 6 6 membrane as substrate membrane,epichlorohydrin(ECH)as activating agent,chitosan(CS)as crosslinker,imi-nodiacetic acid(IDA)as coupling agent and copper ion as immobilized metal ion.The porosity and wa-ter flux of immobilized Cu2+ chelated affinity membrane was investigated,and then the effects of the concentration of IDA,coupling temperature,pH value and initial concentration of CuSO4 solution, and the chelating time of the chelation were also examined.In addition,the chelation mechanism of Cu2+ was discussed.The results showed that there were a large number of uniform holes in the immo-bilized Cu2+ chelated affinity membrane,which indicated that the prepared membrane could meet the requirements of the affinity membrane.Besides,the high concentration of IDA,the coupling tempera-ture,the pH value,the initial concentration of CuSO4 solution and long chelation time were all favora-ble to chelate Cu2+ in a certain range.The Freundlich isotherm could describe the chelation behavior of Cu2+ and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model could provide the better correlation for the ex-perimental results.关键词
