摘要
Abstract
The interaction between quinolinebiquaternary ammonium salt (BZQN)and calf thymus de-oxyribonucleic (ctDNA)was investigated by spectroscopy and isothermal titration calorimetry (ITC). The results indicated that BZQN had significant fluorescence.In the presence of ctDNA,the fluores-cence of BZQN was quenched and the quenching constant(Ksv )increased as the temperature rose, which fitted the characteristics of dynamic fluorescence quenching.All of the UV spectra,melting ex-periment and CD spectra showed that the conformation of ctDNA secondary structure had changed be-cause of the intercalation effect between BZQN and DNA.The ITC calculated that the binding point between BZQN and DNA was 4,and the combination process of BZQN and DNA was driven by entropy.关键词
