Hybrid library is a synthesized library that is constructed on the basis of traditional and digit-al libraries.It is of great significance for the information resources development and information serv-ice at local universities.Enhancing the construction and development of hybrid library and continual training of inter-disciplinary librarians are a necessary choice for the construction and development of local universities in the new century.关键词
