双原发肺癌多发转移一例报告

摘要
Abstract
The recurrence,metastasis,staging,treatment and prognosis significantly differ between multiple and single primary lung cancer.Therefore,differential diagnosis between multiple and single primary lung cancer is of crucial importance.In this article,we reported a male patient aged 62 years with a 40-year smoking history.He was initially diagnosed with double primary lung cancer and subsequently suffered from rib metastasis.After the chemotherapy and radical radiotherapy,the lesions of bilateral lung lobes were reduced in size and the lesions of rib metastasis were stabilized.He was found with pancreatic and cerebral metastases af-ter 1 1 months and received whole brain radiation therapy.To our best knowledge,this is a very rare case of double primary lung cancer with pancreatic metastasis,characterized with both multiple primary cancer and tumor metastasis.Understanding of this case can widen the scope of clinicians.关键词
