纳米高锰钢在海水腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性能研究
Corrosion behaviors of nanocrystalline Hadfield steel in seawater
摘要
Abstract
The corrosion performance of the original deformed and nanocrysatlline Hadfield steels in seawater was investigated using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy EIS and polarization curves techniques. The microstructures and grain size distribution of the original and deformed Hadfield steels were determined by the optical microscopy and transmission electron micro⁃scope TEM . The surface morphology of the three types of steels subjected to the electrochemical corrosion in seawater was recorded by the scanning electron microscopy SEM . The results showed that corrosion resistance of the nanocrysatlline Hadfield steel is higher than the original and deformed ones and Cl- is responsible for the pitting corrosion in the Hadfield steels.关键词
