一种TRIP/TWIP型双相不锈钢的相图及其亚稳奥氏体组织稳定性计算
Calculation for the phase diagram and stability of metastable austenite in a TRIP/TWIP duplex stainless steel

Abstract
The phase diagram and stability of metastable austenite ( phase) of a duplex stainless steel ( DSS) showing phase transformation induced plasticity ( TRIP ) and/or twinning induced plasticity ( TWIP ) was calculated by using the thermodynamic software Thermo⁃Calc.The equilibrium phase diagram of M⁃N,transformation under equilibrium conditions,dis⁃tribution of alloying elements in two phases,stacking fault energy (SFE) and Md30 temperature were obtained.The results show that phase composition and phase proportion were sensitive to temperature,especially the heating temperature ranging from 800 to 1 200 ℃.The variation of element content in two phases modified the stability of metastable austenite (SFE and Md30) and,even⁃tually,the deformation mechanism in the test steel.关键词
