减变速一体化圆柱正弦活齿机构的几何理论与性能分析
Geometrical theory and performance analysis of cylinder sine oscillating tooth transmission with motion integration
摘要
Abstract
A cylinder sine oscillating tooth mechanism with a large stiffness light mass and compact sized is proposed according to the transmission characteristics of the oscillating tooth mechanism and non⁃circular gear.First the variable speed ratio transmission theory and the continuous transmission conditions of mechanism are introduced. Second the maximal number and the arrangement rules of oscillating teeth in the gear transmission are studied.Third the tooth profile surface equation of the wave generator and the central gear are established.Fourth two configuration method of cylinder sine oscillating tooth mechanism with motion integration are analyzed based on the transmission ratio characteristics. Fifth the pressure angle model of mechanism of is built. Finally through simulation and parametric analysis the cylinder sine oscillating tooth mechanism is designed to achieve motion integration and the factors affect the pressure angle are discussed. The studied results provide a theoretical foundation for the oscillating tooth mechanism with motion integration design.关键词
