摘要
Abstract
In recent years, as China's urbanization and industrialization accelerates,as well as the upgrading of consumption structure, ensuring the energy and resources supply is urgency for economic and social development. However, due to the extensive development modelsuch as long-term and high investmentand high consumption in energy and resource industry,there isserious waste of production and greater effect ofthe negative externality ofecological environmentoccurred in this industry. As a result, energy and resource constraints that we face in our economic development areprominent. To ensure that energy and resources can be fully developed and used with a view to supporting the sustainable development of economy and society, we must work to draw out a sound plan for the sustainable development of energy and resources so as to achievereasonableconsideration, and break the ecological environmentconstraints.关键词
