Enterprise-Oriented Reform of State-Owned Geological Exploration Units

Abstract
Enterprise-oriented reform means a reform and development process in which the geological exploration units are transformed from the original institution system into modern enterprises, rather than only achieving the internal enterprise management within the institutions of geological exploration. This restructuring is a choice that the geological exploration units have to make because the problems that they face in pursuing development force them to do so. In the course of the reform, the geological exploration units have gone through three stages: located management—separating government functions from enterprise and institution management-- conversion into enterprises. Since the classiifed reform of public institutions, the transformation into an enterprise has been slowdown. In doing so, we have promoted the whole geological exploration bureau into a sound development road. The leading role of government and independent promotion are the two ways in the dynamic mechanism. And system and mechanism reform have been the focus of our efforts in the content of the reform.关键词
