Abstract
In order to increasing the efifciency of cadastral investigation of rural homestead in mountainous regions, and promoting the work of conifrming right,registration and certiifcation with regard to the rural collective land,this paper, through taking three administrative villages of Sancha town in the city of Enshi as an example,holds an inquiry into rural homestead by adopting simple cadastral survey and digital cadastral survey, and analyzes the problems that we face in this work.The results show that on the premise of meeting the requirements of right verification, registration and certification of homestead,simple cadastral survey can save 40% of the expense, and increase 30%ofefifciencyrelative tothe digital cadastral survey.Furthermore, it is possible for us to survey the homestead in mountainous areas by using the method of simple cadastral survey, and itmay also provide reference meanings for the work carried in similar areas.关键词
