摘要

Abstract

By determining both the connotation and layout principle of standard land, priority is placed on exploring the method for setting up standard land.How to set up and arrange standard land, and this calls for a comprehensive way based on the need both to apply the principle of homogeneous area and aggregation discrete formula, and to accord the type of property of commercial, residential, and industrial land use. These efforts provide a ifrm basis for establishing demarcated land price system, as well as evaluating demarcated land price. Finally, this paper measures a reasonable quantity that we can rely on when we determine the layout of standard land by taking Tangshan as an example.
