Effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and high sensitive C reactive protein in patients with cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of atorvastatin on serum lipids and high sensitive C reactive protein in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:160 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups, 80 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional treatment to control blood pressure,improve microcirculation,protect the brain tissue and.The observation group were given atorvastatin treatment group on the basis of the control group.At 4 weeks after treatment the clinical effect was compared.Results:After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the indicators of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C, hs-CRP in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional therapy plus atorvastatin in patients with cerebral infarction statin therapy can effectively correct the abnormal metabolism of serum lipids.关键词
