乳腺癌患者保乳手术后联合放射治疗的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effect of combined radiotherapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer patients.Methods:80 patients with breast cancer were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with radical mastectomy,and the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery combined with radiation therapy. Patients in the two groups were followed up for 3 years,and the survival rate,tumor recurrence,tumor metastasis and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed.Results:The tumor recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery combined with radiation therapy can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients and the cosmetic effect is good.关键词
