小儿肺炎合并心衰急诊治疗临床思路构建探索
Exploration on the clinical thinking of emergency treatment of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical thinking of emergency treatment for children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure.Methods:80 children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups on average.The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with dopamine combined with phentolamine on the basis of the control group.We observed the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.5% which was higher than that of the control group of 77.5% ,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dopamine combined with phenol properly phentolamine in the treatment of children with pneumonia complicated with heart failure can significantly improve the patients clinical symptoms,reduce heart rate and respiratory rate,improve the therapeutic effect.关键词
