Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility.Methods:66 patients with tubal infertility were selected.All patients were treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy,and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results: the total re pass rate was 98.48% in all patients.In 48 patients after 45 d~20 months of pregnancy,the pregnancy rate was 72.7%,in addition to the 1 case of tubal pregnancy,and the rest were intrauterine pregnancy. Conclusion:For patients with tubal infertility treated with laparoscopy combined surgery treatment can improve the recanalization rate can be used as a effective method of diagnosis and treatment of female tubal infertility.关键词
