慢性肺源性心脏病合并冠心病的临床分析
Clinical analysis on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment on chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and coronary heart disease retrospectively were analyzed,then the data and corresponded conclusion were statistically analyzed.Results:Angina pectoris and heart palpitations are the most common clinical manifestations of patients with chronic pulmonary heart and coronary heart disease,the most common laboratory abnormality indicator were increasing of erythrocyte deposited and rising of fibrin content;After the treatment,Barthel index and SF-36 scale in those 90 patients were significantly higher than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinicians should grasp the clinical characteristics and treatment methods on chronic cor pulmonale with coronary heart disease accurately,diagnosed the illness timely through various tests after admissions,then given pertinent clinical treatment according to the actual situation,which can help protect the quality of life and safety of patients.关键词
