摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of diet replacement combined with insulin on newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.Methods:60 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the conventional diet group and the diet group with 30 cases in each.After 3 months of intensive treatment,we observed the changes of the indexes. Results:The decrease of triglyceride and glycosylated hemoglobin of the diet group was significantly higher than that of the conventional diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meal replacement combined with insulin intensive treatment methods can be effective for the triglyceride and sugar metabolism in the treatment of newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,control the increase of blood sugar,improve the quality of life of patients,and it has good clinical effect.关键词
