Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preoperative infusion effect of dexmedetomidine on pediatric scoliosis surgery.Methods:30 children who had pediatric scoliosis surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 15 cases in each.The experimental group infused dexmedetomidine after 15min of intubation,and the control group was not pumped into.Results:In the experimental group,MAP,HR,blood glucose concentrations were more stable than the control group.The intraoperative wake-up time,postoperative recovery agitation score less than the control group.Intraoperative wake-up time and postoperative response stress indicators were lower than the control group.Conclusion:Preoperative 15 min pump into dexmedetomidine can reduce the operation and anesthesia stimulation on children caused by the stress response and does not affect the awaking quality,and it also can reduce children with restlessness on postoperative.关键词
