Clinical comparison of external dissection and internal ligation and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of external dissection and internal ligation and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH)in the treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids.Methods:78 patients with severe hemorrhoids were selected.Two different treatment options were given to the patients and they were grouped.Results:The related indexes during and after surgery of the experimental group treated by PPH were significantly better than those of the control group that was treated by external dissection and internal ligation.The incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the course of clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with severe hemorrhoids,the procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids therapy can get significant curative effect.关键词
