Application effect of triple therapy in HP infected gastritis patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the application effect of triple therapy in patients with Hp infection.Methods:120 patients with HP infected gastritis were selected.They were divided into two groups,60 cases in each.The control group were treated with oral omeprazole treatment.The observation group used the standard triple therapyThe efficacy,adverse reactions and serum IL-10, TGF-β 1 and IL-17 levels were compared between groups.Results:The efficacy rate of the observation group was 90% , significantly higher than that of the control group 68.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Triple therapy in the treatment of Hp infected gastritis patients with accurate will not aggravate the adverse reactions of patients.关键词
