The application effect of small incision pedicle screw technique in spinal surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of small incision pedicle screw technique in spinal surgery.Methods:80 patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis and thoracolumbar fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated by open surgery with traditional posterior median approach.The observation group was treated by small incision pedicle screw technique.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of small incision pedicle screw technique in spinal surgery was significant.关键词
