摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury. Methods:80 patients with knee joint cartilage injury were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with joint debridement,and the observation group was treated by arthroscopic microfracture.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the HSS score and the treatment effective rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative adverse reactions were significantly less than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of arthroscopic microfracture in the treatment of knee joint cartilage injury was significant.关键词
