摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and efficacy of hip replacement in the treatment of acetabular bone defect.Methods:49 cases of acetabular defect whom treated with hip arthroplasty were selected,then we analyzed their treatment methods on different types of acetabular bone defect retrospectively.Results:The difference in Harris score and VAS score of the hip joint were statistically significant before and after the operation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Different planting bone can be effective in the treatment of acetabular bone defect,preparing comprehensive evaluation according to X-ray and CT examination before the operation,take different methods for the reconstruction of acetabular bone defect,according to the clinical features and operation in specific defects.关键词
