摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia. Methods:76 patients with neonatal pneumonia were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with routine method.The observation group with ambroxol adjuvant therapy.The effect of the two groups was observed and compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 97.36% which was higher than that of the control group with 76.31%.The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.There were significant differences between groups,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using ambroxol injection in adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia can significantly improve the treatment efficiency,shorten the onset time of the drug,and with less adverse reactions, good clinical results.关键词
