The clinical value of ganciclovir in the treatment of EB virus infection in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of EB virus infection in children.Methods:60 children with EB virus infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.They were all were given conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with ganciclovir on the basis of routine treatment.We compared the clinical efficacy between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 93.33% and 63.33% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of ganciclovir in the treatment of children with EB virus infection is obvious,which can fundamentally ensure the life and health of children.关键词
