摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods:80 patients with uterine fibroids were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 40 cases.The control group were treated with traditional open surgery,and the patients in the study group were treated with laparoscopic assisted total hysterectomy.Results:The amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,time to get out of bed,indwelling time of catheter in the study group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids is minimally invasive and effective.关键词
