腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果OA
Clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids
目的：研究、分析腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法：收治子宫肌瘤患者80例，分两组，各40例。对照组进行传统开腹手术治疗；研究组进行腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗。结果：研究组的术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、尿管留置时间均小于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗子宫肌瘤创伤小、疗效显著。
