妊娠期糖尿病的规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of gestational diabetes standardized treatment on pregnancy outcome.Methods:76 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 38 cases in each.Patients in the observation group received standardized treatment on diabetes during pregnancy;the control group without given standard treatment.Results:The urinary system infection,splits the palace production,pregnancy hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage and premature birth rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05);macrosomia,high bilirubin disease,fetal distress and neonatal hypoglycemia occurrence rate in the observation group were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized treatment on patients with gestational diabetes can effectively prevent the occurrence of maternal and infant complications,which has an important role to ensure maternal and infant health.关键词
