探讨头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠在院内感染应用中的成本效果

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the cost effect of cefoperazone sulbactam for treating nosocomial infections.Methods:200 patients with nosocomial infections were selected.They were divided into 3 groups.Ⅰ group of 66 patients were treated with cefazolin sodium;II group of 67 patients were with cefodizime treatment;Ⅲ group 67 patients were treated with cefoperazone sulbactam.The cost effect of 3 kinds of drugs was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment Ⅰgroup was 68.18%,Ⅱgroup was 89.55%,Ⅲ group was 100%,and the effective rate of treatment Ⅲ group was significantly higher than that of I group and Ⅱgroup(P<0.05).C/E of the treatment Ⅰgroup was 40.79,Ⅱgroup was 39.39,Ⅲ group was 23.97,and C/E of treatment Ⅲ group was significantly lower than that of I group and Ⅱ group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cefoperazone sulbactam in the treatment of nosocomial infection is effective and low cost.关键词
