Application of HE staining technique in pathological diagnosis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of HE staining in pathological diagnosis.Methods:573 cases of paraffin sections were randomly selected.All of them were based on the detection of specimens to regulate tissue pathology,and selected 130 cases of stained specimens for cytological staining analysis.Results:HE staining results basically reached the standard set by pathology. Conclusion:HE staining technique as clinical and pathological examination of the most commonly used means of diagnosis.It has high universality,and the diagnosis result is exact.In diagnosis we must pay attention to the combination of different tissue samples, strict the rules on collected,fixed,dehydration,paraffin sections,in order to ensure the pending the completion of the testing samples with high quality,increase immunity dyeing effect,promote the pathological diagnosis accurate rate increase.关键词
