Study on the detection of C reactive protein and immunoglobulin in children with hand foot mouth disease

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application value of high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP)and immunoglobulin(LgG,LgA, LgM)levels in the diagnosis of children with hand foot mouth disease.Methods:55 children with hand foot mouth disease were treated as the study group;55 cases of healthy children in the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of hs-CRP and immunoglobulin were compared between groups.Results:The level of LgG and LgA in the study group was lower than that in the control group.The level of LgM in the study group was higher than that in the control group.The serum level of hs-CRP in the study group was(10.4±8.5)mg/L,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of(1.7±1.4)mg/L.All the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is significant difference of hs-CRP level and the level of immunoglobulin between children with hand,foot and mouth disease and the healthy children,which can be used as diagnostic criteria for hand,foot and mouth disease.关键词
