Abstract
Objective:To explore the imaging features of X-ray and CT in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:64 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.Chest X ray was taken in all patients.Among them,27 cases were examined by CT.The ability of two kinds of imaging diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis were compared.We observed and analyzed the diagnostic accuracy of the disease,the nature of the lesion and the shape of the lesion.Results:The pathological characteristics of the patients were mainly cavity lesions,fibers and calcification,lymph node enlargement,exudation and nodules. From the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of the lesion morphology,the detection rate of CT was higher than that of X-ray. Conclusion:The imaging manifestations of senile pulmonary tuberculosis is not typical.The clinical diagnosis and analysis of X-ray plain film and CT image should be carried out in clinic.关键词
