Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin determination in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods:50 patients with diabetes were selected as the observation group.50 cases of healthy persons were selected as the control group.We compared glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin compliance rate of the two groups.Results:The differences of glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the glycosylated hemoglobin compliance rate of 12% was significantly lower than 90% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The detection of glycosylated hemoglobin was reliable and the sensitivity is high,and it can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of diabetes.关键词
