血栓弹力图应用于肿瘤患者高凝状态诊断的临床价值研究
Study on the clinical value of the application of thrombelastogram in the diagnosis of high coagulation state in patients with cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the application of thrombelastogram in the diagnosis of tumor patients with high coagulation state.Methods:60 patients with cancer were selected as the observation group,while 60 cases taken physical examination were selected as the control group.The thrombelastogram,platelet count,blood coagulation parameters,D-D dimer and doppler ultrasound detection data were analyzed of the two groups.Results:The reaction time of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The D-dimer,fibrinogen,maximum amplitude,fibrinogen degradation products and platelet count were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:We predict the risk of thrombosis by assess the thrombelastogram,platelet count,blood coagulation parameters,D-D dimer and doppler ultrasound diagnostic techniques for tumor coagulation state.关键词
