摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of TCT combined with HPV-DNA examination on cervical lesions. Methods:1 300 cases with TCT and HPV-DNA examination were selected.Their test results were analyzed retrospectively,and they were divided into two groups.The A group:with TCT positive,clinical height sceptic 64 cases with routine biopsy under colposcope;the B group:TCT/HPV positive cases,82 clinical sceptic with routine biopsy under colposcope.Results:With the increase of cytological diagnosis level,the HPV infection rates rised.High-risk type HPV infection prevalent in the CIN Ⅱ above, low-risk type of HPV infection prevalent in CIN Ⅰ below and chronic inflammation.Conclusion:TCT combined with HPV-DNA genotyping screening,abnormal biopsy under colposcope can improve the lesion detection rate.关键词
