摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the significance of combined detection of calcitonin and high sensitive C-reactive protein in the evaluation of bacterial pneumonia.Methods:45 patients with bacterial pneumonia were selected as the observation group.40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,we separately measured serum PCT and hs-CRP concentration.Results:Before treatment,the serum levels of PCT and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PCT and hs-CRP concentration in observation group was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05),but compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the observation group,PCT was positively correlated with the concentration of hs-CRP(r=0.847,P<0.01).Conclusion:In patients with bacterial pneumonia,serum PCT and hs-CRP concentrations were significantly increased.After treatment,the concentration of PCT and hs-CRP were significantly decreased.They were helpful to understand the severity of the disease,and can provide reference for evaluating the therapeutic effect at any time.关键词
