循证护理在社区高血压护理中的应用效果评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the evidence-based nursing effect on patients with hypertension in the community.Methods:88 patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random throwing method,with 44 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given general nursing,while in the study group were treated with evidence-based nursing based on the general nursing.Results:After nursing,the mental state in the study group was improved than in the control group(P<0.05);the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the study than were improved when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing evidence-based nursing on patients with hypertension in the community can control blood pressure level better,and reduce negative emotions of patients.关键词
