化疗患者PICC置管间歇期感染应用网络维护管理的效果观察
Observation on the effect of network maintenance and management on PICC catheter intermittent infection in patients with chemotherapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of network maintenance and management in the prevention and control of PICC catheter intermittent infection in patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:106 cases from September 2013 to February 2014 in our hospital in patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment were selected as the control group.109 cases from March 2014 to August 2014 in our hospital chemotherapy treatment of patients were selected as observation group.We compared the incidence of infection between groups.Results:Implementation of network maintenance management during the chemotherapy treatment period can decreased the infection rate significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Network maintenance management on patients with PICC during chemotherapy can improve the incidence of infection effectively.关键词
