护理干预对剖宫产仰卧位低血压综合征的预防机制OA
Nursing intervention on the prevention mechanism of cesarean section supine hypotension syndrome
目的：探讨护理干预对剖宫产仰卧位低血压综合征的预防机制。方法：收治剖宫产患者124例，随机分为干预组和对照组各62例，对照组在麻醉前予以复方平衡盐水和胶体，干预组在对照组基础上增加体位干预。结果：麻醉后3 min、10 min内，干预组患者使用升压药和不良反应情况均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：合理的护理干预可有效减少剖宫产患者在术中产生仰卧位低血压综合征。
Objective:To investigate the preventive mechanism of nursing intervention on the supine position of the caesarean section.Methods:124 cases of cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 62 cases in each.The control group was given compound balanced saline and colloid before anesthesia,and the intervention group was given body position intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:…查看全部>>
