Nursing intervention on the prevention mechanism of cesarean section supine hypotension syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the preventive mechanism of nursing intervention on the supine position of the caesarean section.Methods:124 cases of cesarean section were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 62 cases in each.The control group was given compound balanced saline and colloid before anesthesia,and the intervention group was given body position intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:After 3min and 10min of the anesthesia,the use of booster and adverse reactions in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable nursing intervention can effectively improve the situation of supine hypotension syndrome in cesarean section patients.关键词
