摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cost effectiveness of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.Methods Meta analysis was used to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of CHD,and to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the drug on the basis of the analysis.Results A total of 32 articles were included,including 7077 patients,of which 3477 patients with domestic clopidogrel group were included.Domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of CHD in major cardiovascular adverse events,24 h platelet aggregation rate and adverse reaction rate and the incidence of adverse effects on the import of clopidogrel,and no significant differences in postoperative patients with PCI.Domestic clopidogrel has obvious advantages in the drug economy.Conclusion For patients with CHD,the drug economy of domestic clopidogrel is better than imported clopidogrel,but also need more high-quality research to verify.关键词
