摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the preparation technology of micro amoxicilin microcapsules.Methods He microcapsule of amoxicilin was prepared by complex coacervation method,and the optimum preparation process was selected with the orthogonal test as wel as the optimal technological conditions were acquired by powder science roundness and yield parameters evaluation preparation process to select the best process conditions.Results The optimum preparation conditions of the microcapsule were encysted temperature 35℃, gum arabic and gelatin ratio of 1:0.8,the solution pH value of 5.0,and the curing agent in an amount of 0.5g/ml.Conclusion The preparation process of amoxicilin microencapsulated curing degree was desirable,good microcapsules roundness,high yield and simple preparation method,and microcapsules smaler particle size.关键词
