东莞市桥头医院2012-2015年门诊处方分析
Analysis of outpatient prescription from 2012 to 2015 in Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan
摘要
Abstract
Objective By investigating outpatient prescriptions in our hospital over the past four years,understandingand mastering the basic situation of prescription,to improve prescription quality,guarantee the safety, effectiveness and economical efficiency of drug use.Method By drawing out 1000 outpatient prescriptions over January 2012~December 2015 from al sections.Results Over 2012—2015,the average category of prescription drug decreased from 2.38 to 2.83,the average expense dropped from RMB 89.01 to RMB 70.83,24.8%usrage rate of injection fel to 21.40%total revenue of essential drugs raised from 37.40% to 45.30%,while irrational prescriptions fel from 10.40% down to 5.00%.Conclusion Outpatient prescriptions quality gradualy increase by year,ensuring the safety,effectiveness and economical efficiency of drug use.However something can be better improved in future work.关键词
