Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of combined use of sacral canal in children on postoperative analgesia.Methods 84 cases of children were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was treated with sacral complex drug anesthesia,control group anesthetics do not add any drug, after operation were compared between the two groups in different time periods analgesia,sedation score,analgesic time and adverse reactions.Results Observation group of patients with postoperative analgesic time was significantly lower than that in control group,sedation score was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),groups have obvious difference,with statistical significance.Observation group NCA using 0 and 4 times and control group comparison with significant difference(P<0.05).In addition,observation group suffered the adverse reaction rate was 4.8%,significantly less than the control group of adverse reaction rate of 19.0%,between group differences(P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion The 1kg/ml alocation ratio of 1% lidocaine combined with fentanyl,postoperativefentanyl infusion analgesia treatment can effectively reduce pediatric surgery after the analgesia,the adverse reaction rate was significantly decreased,with good analgesic effect.关键词
