摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers in hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy with new hair the prevention of atrial fibrilation.Methods Select a hospital from September 2013 to May 2015 of 100 patients with hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy as the research object,under the consent of the patients' informed consent were randomly divided into control group and the team al the 50 cases,control group treated with telmisartan,team adopting the captopril treatment,to observe the clinical application effect of two groups of patients.Results The team new atrial fibrilation in patients with rate of 8%,compared with the control group 10%,there was no statisticaly significant diference(P>0.05);Compared two groups of patients with blood pressure and echocardiography index,there was no statisticaly significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers in hypertension patients with left ventricular hypertrophy with treatment can obtain ideal new atrial fibrilation prevention effect.关键词
