Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of interferon combination microwave treatment of vulval condyloma acuminatum.Methods From May 2013 to May 2015 in Xiajin County People's Hospital,120 cases of genital condyloma were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into the control group and the observation group, each group of 60 cases.Patients in the control group were givenmicrowave therapy, the observation group were treated with interferon on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,folowed up for 6 months,the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications.Results Patients in the observation group the total efficiency was higher than that of the control group, the difference is statisticaly significant (P<0.05); observation group patients were folowed up for 6 months recurrence rate than the control group, the difference is statisticaly significant (P<0.05); in the control group and the patients in the observation group compared the incidence of complication,the difference was not statisticaly significant (P>0.05);observation group, the frequency of sexual life, arouse time,orgasm, sexual life meet sense scores were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Interferon combination microwave treatment of vulval condyloma acuminatum clinical curative effect is distinct,the recurrence rate is low.关键词
