Abstract
Objective To investigate the escharectomy and skin grafting after dressing for the first time burn patients were treated with propofol combined with remifentanil in sedation and analgesia effect.Methods Select February 2013 to 2015 June Dongguan Kanghua Hospital of escharectomy and skin grafting after the first dressing change in 100 cases of patients,according to the random number table method can be divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.Control group patients before dressing intravenous injection of propofol,the patients in the observation group dressing before giving propofol,remifentanil,compared two groups of patients with pain,Ramsay Sedation score,treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions occurrence.Results Dressing change immediately,the beginning of dressing change after 10 min,20 min,30 min and dressing ended,the observation group of patients with pain on a visual analogue scale scores were significantly lower than those in the control group, Ramsay Sedation score was significantly higher than that of the control group,differences were statisticaly significant (P<0.05);observation group of patients satisfaction with treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Burn escharectomy and skin grafting after first dressing patients with remifentanil combined with propofol,sedative and analgesic effect obviously,can keep the patients' consciousness and respiration,improve customer satisfaction,less adverse reaction and safety of high.关键词
