摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tubal partial and total hysterectomy on ovarian function in ectopic pregnancy.Methods Select the May 2013 to 2015 may Dongguan City Changping hospital admitted because of ectopic pregnancy of patients with surgical treatment of 98 cases as the research object,according to the order of admission of odd and even numbers method is divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with partial resection of the falopian tube, and the observation group were treated with al the falopian tubes. Al patients received the same nursing intervention before and after operation.1, 3, 6 months after treatment,the secretion of estrogen and the number of sinus eggs in the two groups were observed.Results Two groups of patients after treatment 1 month,3 months,6 months of estrogen secretion of no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05);a group of patients with antral folicle number was significantly higher than that of group B patients,between group differences obviously,with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Partial resection of the falopian tube and the total removal of the falopian tube can be effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Partial resection of the falopian tube has little effect on the secretion of the sinus of the sinus of the patients,and al of the patients have obvious effect on the sinus of the patients.关键词
