Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors of anastomotic leakage after laparoscopic anterior resection of rectal cancer (Dixon).Methods Selection of Yangchun City People's Hospital in August 2013 to 2015 July laparoscopic Dixon of 189 cases of patients with rectal cancer as the object of study,statistics of the patient's general data and clinical data including gender,age, operation time,location of the tumor, clinical stage and looking for the cause of anastomotic fistula of risk factors.Results Patients with anastomosis fistula incidence rate was 6.3%.Male patients with anastomosis fistula incidence was significantly higher than that in females;anastomotic location is less than or equal to 5 cm incidence in patients was significantly higher than that of>5 cm patients;body mass index (BMI) is equal to or greater than 25 kg/m2 incidence in patients was significantly higher than that of<25 kg/m2 patients;patient with diabetes incidence was significantly higher than that in patients without patients;TNM staging for stageⅢ patients occurred rate was significantly higher than that ofⅠ,Ⅱ patients;preoperative nutritional status of patients with good occurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the nutritional status of non good,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of anastomotic leakage in patients with age, duration of operation,hypertension and coronary heart disease,and the difference was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic Dixon operation anastomotic fistula occurred and sex of the patients,anastomotic location, body weight,clinical stage,diabetes melitus and diabetic patients with preoperative nutritional status is closely relatedto,so in the practical work need to strengthen the existence of the above factors were observed,give priority to in order to prevent,and cure,maximize reduce risk factors,thereby reducing the anastomosis fistula incidence,improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
