Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in preventing the occurrence of ventilator associated pneumonia in patients with severe medical department.Methods Selected 2014 from January to December in Jilin traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with hospital ICU treatment and with mechanical ventilation refers to the syndrome of 181 patients as the observation group,also randomly selected 2012-2013 admitted to ICU mechanical ventilation in the treatment of 172 cases of patients as the control group.In the control group were given routine nursing care in ICU were observed groups of patients in the control group on the basis of the implementation of cluster based nursing,compared two groups of patients with VAP occurrence rate,success rate of weaning,trachea incision rate,mortality,duration of mechanical ventilation, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses.Results Observation in patient group,the incidence of VAP, the trachea incision rate and mortality rate were significantly lower than those in the control group,and weaning success rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, diferences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);groups of patients with mechanical ventilation time and ICU observation hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group,cost of hospitalization was significantly lower than the control group,differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of ICU in patients with VAP mechanical ventilation, and promote their early recovery,can be used as the preferred nursing program for ICU patients with mechanical ventilation.关键词
