Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation of patients with depression. Methods From August 2013 to August 2015,70 patients with depression in the third people's Hospital of Meizhou City,Guangdong province were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 35 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group.The depression status and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing and observation surface in the group of patients with the Hamilton Rating Scale for depression(HAMD) score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05);observation group patients treatment compliance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comp- rehensive nursing care on the patients with depression,patients with depression can significantly improve the treatment compliance,and more advantages than conventional nursing, is an effective nursing method.关键词
