摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the diagnostic value of hemoglobin electrophoresis combined with thalassemia gene detection in thalassemia.Methods Selected in February 2012 to September 2014 after MCH Hospital of Jiangmen City of Guangdong Province accepted antemarital examination, examination,gene screening suspected thalassemia 386 patients as the object of study,hemoglobin electrophoresis detection and examination results abnormal and could not be confirmed, Mediterranean anemia gene detection.Compare the hemoglobin HbA,HbA2, HbF value of the patients and the detection rate of pure hemoglobin electrophoresis and electrophoresis + gene detection in the detection of the Mediterranean anemia.Results HbA and HBA2 values of patients withα-thalassemia diagnosed by hemoglobin electrophoresis were lower than those of negative ones while HbF values was higher than that of the negative ones (P<0.05).HbA values of patients withβ-thalassemia were lower than thoae of the negative ones while HbA2 and HbF values were higher than those of the negative ones (P<0.05).The detection rates of simple hemoglobin electrophoresis inα-thalassemia (23.44%) and the total detection rate (20.47%) were significantly lowerthan those of electrophoresis combined with gene detection (39.23%,31.35%) (P<0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of emoglobin electrophoresis combined with gene detection for diagnosis of thalassemia is higher than that of simple hemoglobin electrophoresis.关键词
